We take great pride in our effort to ship your purchase quickly and safely so we have setup multiple shipping locations depending on product and destination.

Our main warehouse is centrally located in Lincoln, NE where we ship most of our headrest DVD players from. The ground shipping times are relatively short to all corners of the country offering a savings from needing to pay upgrad charges for 2-3 days shipping.

Shipments to Canada leaving our NE warehouse use Priority Mail International for headrests and small accessories. Travel time estimate 3-7 days. Other shipments to Canada will use DHL Express Air from our Hong Kong based warehouse with travel times from 2-4 days.

We have a great long-term relationship with Deco Breeze, so Deco Breeze fans ship directly from their distribution center in Carson, CA using Fedex Ground transportation.

For orders to the rest of the world outside the USA primarily Australia, Canada, and Western Europe, most orders will ship from our Hong Kong distribution center. This helps reduce "double shipping costs" to offer you the best possible value as well as quickest transportation time using Fedex and DHL air express services taking 3-5 days to most destinations.

We require a confirmed shipping address for all orders and must wait for a confirmed payment before your order can be processed and sent to the warehouse. Our selection of shipping service and rates are non-negotiable.

We do not offer customer pickup at our warehouse location at this time.
