We understand the importance of knowing your return options when purchasing online and have outlined our policy below.
We do not included the cost of an extended warranty in the price of the item. This allows each buyer to decide independently if they wish to pay the necessary costs for extended coverage or if they wish to save this cost at point of purchase with the reduced price we offer. For our headrests a 1 year extended warranty coverage is offered and can be purchased separately here.
Our standard coverage is a 30 day repair or replace warranty. This means if you receive an item not functioning as described you can send the item to our technicians in Lincoln, NE for testing. If our testing confirms a problem for the item we will send you a new replacement. If our testing does not confirm a problem we will send the same unit back. We encourage thorough installation because many times if a problem arises, installation may be the cause. Please email us at email@example.com with your invoice# and the problem to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
Refund warranty is not provided for open items. Please ensure you have selected the correct item at point of purchase. This helps us ensure we are shipping to all customers a new in the box item as we don't receive back opened items and re-circulate into our inventory. If a refund is requested for an unopened item we'll confirm the condition and provide a refund minus the standard 20% restocking fee to help us with shipping and selling costs that cannot be recovered.
Return shipping to our Lincoln, NE warehouse for any reason is the buyer's responsibility. If a replacement item is determined during testing, we will pay the shipping costs to ship the new replacement item to you and email a new tracking number.
