What is your Return Policy?
We do not offer an extended warranty on our items. If an item is found defective within 5 days of receiving it, an exchange is available. If a refund is requested rather than exchange for a defective item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I was surprized at the ease of installation of the headrest DVD's. The most trouble I had was removing the factory headrests. The kit comes with everything you need. Works great through the vehicles FM stereo. The Grandkids love it!

I bought this product because i have two small children ages 8 and 4. We had a portable dvd player. Every time we got ready to go somewhere we had to hook it up an the girls had to watch the same movie. With the age difference it was always a headache because the oldest one usually had to watch what the little one wanted to watch to keep her quiet. I had these installed and we took a weekend trip that was 4 hours away that was the best trip in our life. They both got to watch there own movie the screens are big I would recomend these to any one. Its a must have if you take trips and have small children. (even my 18 year old enjoyed them) They were very easy installed.

I feel these are great so far we use them daily the kids love them easy to install about 1 hour if you want to hide all wires like we did two of my friends just ordered sets from onfair shipping was fast so far nothing negative to say Thank You onfair Scott & Mai
