What is your Shipping Policy?
Your shipping address must match your confirmed billing address with Paypal. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days. Item pickup not available. If there is any damage, please note with the delivery driver right away. We retain the right to choose the shipping company and method. We wait for payment to clear before shipping. Checks may take 10 days to clear. Processing time may take 1-4 business days before we ship your item. Shipping and handling costs are not negotiable. We ship using a variety of Fedex, USPS, UPS & DHL services. Items will ship from our warehouse or a partner warehouse. We will send you a tracking number as soon as we have one. We will take $5.00 off the shipping for additional items automatically during checkout. This is for all items and all orders even if we can or can't ship items together.

What is your Return Policy?
We do not offer an extended warranty on our items. If an item is found defective within 5 days of receiving it, an exchange is available. If a refund is requested rather than exchange for a defective item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will pay for return shipping of the replacement item.
