After seeing the price online, I wondered what could be wrong with this product. I jumped into the reviews and kept reading raving review after raving review. I noticed people who purchased bought again for new vehicles. That was the key for me. I also noticed the professional installers were very impressed with the product before knowing the cost. These players are exactly as reviewed and advertised. My kids love them, they save my wife and I stress from the kids on trips. I've had mine installed since Dec. 24th of 2010. The players are very easy to use. My 6 year old loves the games disc. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and have to my friends.
Good buy for the money.

Overall I am quite pleased with the product. They offer a lot of value and options. The price was fair for what you get. I found the installation to be straight forward, any difficulties I had were a result of how the car manufacturer engineered their seats. I appreciate that the headrests are designed to fit virtually every possible headrest configuration but that has its downside. My 07 Quest required the adapter sleeves which are very sloppy in the seat holes. I tried the tape trick form the video but my tape was to thick. Also the vide cable from the headrest is too short to reach the bottom of the seat. The connections must be made inside the seat which required removing the seat back, if you try making the connection then fish the extension through the seat, the connector is to big to fit in the hole. Also in my case Nissan did not make it easy and I broke one the seat back clips. My kids tell me that the movie location will not survive a power loss to the units, ie. unplugging form the lighter. They also tell me that the headphones are very uncomfortable after an hour of use and their build quality is suspect. They feel cheaply made and one set already is not working at times. This model of headrests does not have a phone jack for wired headsets (turns out for us this is a problem). Another big issue is that the remotes will work both units, which considering the proximity of the unities in the car, will cause problems. For example. if two different movies are being watched, trying to pause one will pause both if you don't point the remote exactly right. This can be impossible for small children. My kids end up using the front display controls instead. Having them on 2 different IR channels would be better. Even with these issues I am happy with the purchase, but I would have preferred being able to get a physical demo of the product in advance.

This product is perfect in everyway from picture, sound, screen size & easy to use. I have a 22 month old that needs to be kept busy. It keeps my daughter quiet and me happy. Before I purchased this item I did a lot of comparison and you definetly get so much more for your money. I was worry that the 9 inch would be too big for my Honda Civic but in fact it is a perfect fit.

Good product and easy to install after watching the video. The controllers are a bit confusing since they come with no instuctions on how to use them. The games disc has an incredible amount of games but the games are slow which makes them hard to play. Saw a comparable product for $1200 installed. I installed them in less than two hours. Overall, I would give this product a 7 1/2. We bought them for the kids to watch movies when travelling and they work great for that!

We have a 16 month old grand-daughter, Ellie, who would scream and cry as soon as she hit her car seat. My Daughter said that the first trip with the new DVD Players was the first time that her and my son-in-law had been able to have a real conversation while traveling in about 12 months. Ellie loves to watch the movies. I sure am glad that we ordered these early for Christmas. Anyone who has a fussy child should order 3 of these so they will have a backup if one goes out. Merry Christmas.
"You Get What You Paid For" - Maybe Not!

I was nervous about buying these because the price of the price "You Get What You Pay For" is what I always learned. Researched many brands of 9" DVD/Monitors from $110ea to $399ea. I went with these from OnFair and was so surprised with what I received.[...]alot of product for the $$$. I had them professionally installed - My installer asked how much I paid - when I told him - he said "ok, but you are responsible if they need to be unistalled because they do not work or rewired". After he opened the package and felt and looked at the monitors, he said "these look solid, I like them" and asked where I got them from. After he installed them and turned them on - He was so impressed with them - especially the built in speakers which he said most models do not come with speakers. I tested the dvd player and it looked / sounded great! The only two issues I have so far are: 1. Loose posts - minor wiggle of headrest when touched. 2. I bought these for the fact that they have a flash drive [ USB ] port and support Divx - although when I [plugged in my flash drive, the system read it and displayed folders but did not recognize the divx video files. I tried again with a flash drive that only had divx files on it - nothing else and it was good to go. So you must have a dedicated flash drive with divx/avi files only. Can't speak about the overall durability / life of product as I only had them installed for about two weeks now. Will report back again next year. If your thinking about buying these but are hesitant - don't be --- mine are great and my kids already love them and always want to drive in my truck.

Product no doubt is good stuff. This is China gear without a doubt, but it is high quality. Going through the US distributer gives you the reassurance that it has been tested and isn't bad quality. My Summary : this is my second set of headrest dvd/video players. I have the tan with covers on my BMW 325xi, and this set on our Mercedes R350. I suggest not getting the covers, they just annoyed me. The only other bad thing is trying to control these from the front seat when the 2 year old isn't happy with what is currently on. Other than that, I cannot say enough how happy I am for the price.

The new design is much better than the old design. My kids watch one movie on both screens, I wish there was an AV option in the default start up list so I wouldn't have to switch to AV input every time.Also if there was an option to get these in cloth. Other than that these DVD players are awesome. Second time I've bought from here and will buy again.
Excellent buy at a bargain price!!

I purchased the 2010 9 inch DVD units after comparing with many higher priced units on popular websites. I was impressed with the pricing and equipment. I had it professionaly installed and the units are a great addition to our family vehicle. Keep it up, and I recommend these hands down!
